Bentley Residences, a new opulent 60-story skyscraper with over 200 luxurious condominiums, will soon emerge in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The developer is Dezer Development. Sieger Suarez Architects was in charge of the design. As the name suggests, the interior design was developed by Bentley, a luxury car manufacturer. Construction completion is scheduled for 2026.
Residents of these opulent homes will be able to admire the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows and use high-end amenities, such as landscaped gardens, a restaurant, a whiskey bar, a cinema, a gym, a swimming pool surrounded by cabanas, a spa center, and a cigar lounge.
The building’s interiors and exterior are tailored for connoisseurs of luxury and first-rate services. For instance, residents will be able to leave their vehicles in the indoor parking and take a direct elevator straight to their doorstep.
