Experts have recognized Miami as the best city in the USA for Generation Z IT specialists, that is, people born in the period 1995-2010.
The study covered 150 of the country's largest cities. At the same time, such parameters as friendliness to representatives of Generation Z, manufacturability, convenience of Internet connection, data transfer speed were evaluated.
At the moment, the percentage of IT specialists living in Miami is 22.7%. Their average annual salary is about $105,790. As the study notes, Florida's largest city attracts more "tech giants" than ever. Miami gained a reputation as a city that poaches IT workers in 2021.
Other cities in Florida were also included in the list of attractive for Generation Z technology specialists - for example, Orlando and Tampa.
