Only five properties remain unsold in Southwest Ranches, Florida

The small town of Southwest Ranches is only 35 km from Miami and 24 km from Fort Lauderdale, Broward County. Its territory is divided into 44 parcels with an area of 8,000 to 20,000 m2. Famous bureaus such as Maurice Menasche, Affiniti Architects, Danny Sorogon, Yates Associates Architecture, and others were responsible for designing the elegant buildings.

The word “ranch” in the name of this settlement is not accidental. Many picturesque trails are laid here, and all the necessary conditions are created for horse riding. Miguel Serrano from the real estate agency Douglas Elliman emphasizes that this location is a great choice for wealthy people. After all, local homeowners include Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, rapper Rick Ross, and Phil Swift, CEO at Flex Seal.

Fans of nature are sure to love the local landscapes preserved due to strict nature use rules. At the same time, the town is located at a convenient distance from three major international airports.

In August, a property in Southwest Ranches was sold for $15.4 million, setting the town record. Same month, two more mansions on adjacent plots were listed for sale for a combined $54 million.

Only five plots in Landmark Ranch Estates, the town’s only gated community, remain unoccupied. Prices of local residences start at $7.9 million.
