Distinctive Communities

Our mission is to engender a sense of community when we build neighborhoods. That’s what our family looked for when we relocated to Naples from Minneapolis. Most neighbors arrive here from somewhere else. They did not grow up together. They did not live in the same town or the same part of the country. But as they all move in, it felt like their freshman year in college. They look for friends. They relate to each other and quickly discover the feeling that they belong here. It’s a wonderful experience. This is the essence of our philosophy at Distinctive Communities.
