Spain & Cooper Homes

Spain & Cooper Homes was started back in 1972 as Spain Construction, founded by Tom & Susan Spain. As the business grew, so did the name and in 2004 it became Spain & Cooper Construction with Mike Cooper as a builder/partner. In 2012, the name changed to Spain & Cooper Homes, LLC, to more properly reflect the mission of building distinctive custom homes.
At Spain & Cooper Homes, the team strives to make the building experience an enjoyable one. Our builder-owners, Mike Cooper and Tyson Riggins, work with you first hand from the beginning process of custom designing your home to the very end when they hand over the keys for you to move in! This “dream team” also includes their in-house interior designer, Lauren Halvorson, who oversees clients’ selections and design coordinating.
