The Niche platform published the results of the analysis that identified 25 best places to live in the USA. Four Florida districts are included in this list. The analysis was based on expert data and local residents’ assessment.

The following criteria were taken into account: the quality of housing, the quality of public schools, the crime rate, the safety rate, the nightlife activity, the variety, and family-friendliness. Hyde Park, a coastal neighbourhood of Tampa close to the centre of the city, and the nearby Harbour Island deserved particular praise. An average house in Hyde Park costs $469,284, and the average rent is $1,673. A house on Harbour Island is worth an average of $498,990, and the rent is $2,348 on average.

In Orlando, North Quarter was called one of the best neighbourhoods according to Niche. An average house price is $171,100, and an average rent reaches $1,423 there. Niche also named Audubon Park, a neighbourhood with an average house price of $342,693 and an average rent of $1,644.

Pinecrest also made it to the list of the best places to live in South Florida. This upscale suburb of Miami was rated highly for public schools, variety of leisure, nightlife, and quality of family living. The crime and safety rates were also high. At $937,600, an average house in Pinecrest is quite expensive.
