According to the census data, the most active development over the past 10 years has been noted in the US Solar Belt and, in particular, in the cities of Florida.
According to the researchers, such indicators as the construction of multi-apartment and single-family houses, as well as the volume of new industrial, office, retail and warehouse premises were taken into account in the analysis. It is worth noting that the sector of independent warehouses demonstrated significant growth. According to experts, industrial, apartment and warehouse premises remained the most preferred commercial assets.
The five cities in Florida that received the most active development from 2013 to 2022 are Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, St. Petersburg.
