A new collection of high-end mansions will soon emerge in Marathon, Florida

Construction of the new oceanfront residential project SeaGlass Cove began on Grassy Key, one of the northernmost islands of the archipelago that accommodates Marathon, Florida. Eduardo Otaola, Managing Principal at one of the developers (Constellation Group), notes that many wealthy clients from all over the USA have already expressed interest in the new community.

The gated SeaGlass Cove complex will consist of only 14 mansions worth upwards of $3 million. Panoramic views of turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, a resort-style swimming pool in the centre of the community, and about 120 metres of beach will serve as additional benefits. Every four- or five-bedroom mansion will have more than 446 square metres of living space, a garage for two vehicles, stylish beach cabanas by the water and spacious rooms where a large family or a group of friends can gather in comfort.

Sophisticated customers will appreciate kitchens equipped to suit chefs’ needs, spa baths, stylish finishing, and top-notch home appliances. Active leisure opportunities are also abundant, e.g., boating, kayaking, deepwater fishing, sapboarding paddleboarding, snorkelling, and scuba diving on the ocean coast.

There are many eateries, shops, spa salons, marinas, and pristine natural beaches just outside the gate of the residential complex. The new community will be located close to Miami and Key West.

Short-term lease is allowed in Marathon. Owners can also entrust property management to a professional agency, which is extremely convenient for investors from other countries.
