A trailer park in Miami will be replaced with a contemporary two-building residential project

The project of building a large residential complex along the Miami River was approved by the Miami Urban Development Review Board. River Rapids Partners LLC is planning to build two apartment blocks at 2750 NW South River Drive. The project will feature 593 residential units and 862 parking spaces.

A 3.959-acre land plot will replace Paradise trailer park. “Besides building a new residential complex, the project involves removing the old trailer park that has already been reported for safety violations,” Iris Escarra, representative of the developer, declares.

She also mentioned that the first stage of the project in the eastern part of the plot will include an eight-story building with 300 apartments and 444 parking spaces. The second stage in the western part will consist of a 12-story house with 293 apartments and 418 parking spaces.

Such projects are important elements of Miami gentrification. This means the city’s infrastructure and real estate market are developing rapidly and keep attracting wealthy investors and end users.
