A huge number of residents from other US states, especially Democrat-led ones, continue to move to Florida in general and Miami in particular. This caused an unprecedented boom in the real estate market that still hasn’t stopped.

Marc Roberts, Founder of E11EVEN Club in Miami, notes that the city shows no signs of slowing down in the real estate sector; on the contrary, it only gets more active. Numerous companies and people looking for work and accommodation are moving here.

Data from the National Association of Realtors shows that in 2022, Florida experienced the greatest influx of new residents mostly migrating from Democrat-led states with traditionally high taxes. As a result, the Florida population increased by almost 2%, which is many times higher than the country average growth rates of 0.4% recorded in the USA from July 2021 to July 2022.

Locals believe the word of the mouth to be the key reason for Florida’s popularity when happy people who have already come here share their positive experience with their friends and acquaintances. Another reason is the extremely low crime rate in cities like Miami. This becomes an important driver for families with children.
