A luxury high-rise building will be built on a site with ancient artifacts in Florida

Florida developers are going to erect a luxury high-rise residential building Baccarat Residences on the site where ancient artifacts were found. The site is located at 444 Brickell Avenue, on the south bank of the Miami River, next to the Brickell Bridge.

It is reported that after excavations at this place, ancient artifacts were discovered, the age of which is estimated to be thousands of years. These are bone artifacts (points, pins, drilled shark teeth), stone mass, fragments of ceramics. Archaeologists believe that these artifacts are of great importance and belong to the Tequesta Indian tribe, which once inhabited this area. Experts note that this territory is very important because it reflects history.

At the same time, according to developers, the construction of a luxury residential building Baccarat Residences will provide new jobs for Miami, a large tax base and the development of the city as a whole. It is planned to build three buildings up to 82 floors and an embankment. The plan includes the presence of 1,400 residential units, as well as office, hotel and retail space. The developer will begin the construction of high-rise buildings on the vacated area. The found artifacts will be saved.
