For Q1 2023 in Florida, single-family properties have risen in price

According to data for Q1 2023, the average sale price of a single-family property in the state in March was $405,000. This is 2.1% more than in March 2022, according to the Research Department of Florida Realtors in partnership with local councils and associations of realtors.

The average price for condominiums and townhouses in the state was $320,000, which is 3.9% more than in the same period in 2022. It is noted that despite the fact that mortgage rates remained high this year, they also generally declined in a certain range.

According to experts, the generally stable situation in the real estate market is a favorable factor for the formation of demand for housing. This reduces the feeling of uncertainty among potential buyers and encourages them to purchase real estate.
