Major Food Group will build a branded residential complex in Miami

Major Food Group that operates a series of extremely successful restaurants has recently announced the construction of a residential complex, the first one in its portfolio, in collaboration with the developers Terra and One Thousand Group. The latter became famous for working with the renowned architect Zaha Hadid.

The new oceanfront residential project will be called Villa Miami and located in Edgewater, a neighbourhood of Miami. The 58-storey skyscraper will be almost 200 metres tall and comprise only 60 residences, most of them spanning an entire floor to provide its residents with space and privacy. The building will feature an impressive copper-coloured exoskeleton façade. The British designer Vicky Charles who previously worked at the Soho House will be responsible for the interiors.

The windows of the opulent apartments will offer views of the city, the Biscayne Bay, and the boundless ocean. The skyscraper will feature a dock and a helicopter pad. Another distinctive feature of this residential complex is an opulent spa with a hot and a cold plunge pool, thermal pools, an infrared sauna, red-light therapy, and a huge gym. Other amenities include a large swimming pool, a juice bar, and a coffee lounge.

With Major Food Group’s restaurant management experience, it is not surprising that gastronomy will be a highlight of these homes. Residents will be pampered with Italian cuisine, cooking master classes, and services of private chefs. Two floors will be reserved for restaurants, and a dining area will be arranged on the bayside.

The construction is planned for completion in 2025.
