Experts conducted a study and found out where in Miami potential buyers most want to buy a property. The results obtained are based on Internet search data and viewing ads for the sale of real estate in certain areas.
The most desirable area in Miami was Brickell. It is followed by Kendall (on average, 8,355 views daily), Downtown (7,091), Winwood-Edgewater (4,133) and the Upper East Side (4,116).
As for the most popular areas in the country, these are Northeast Dallas, Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, Camelback East in Phoenix, La Jolla in San Diego and the Upper East Side in New York.
