A standard home in this rating’s most expensive city costs $8,453,650, which is 1,985% more than the state average of $405,489.

Changes in value were calculated based on data from Zillow over the past 12 months ending in June 2022. Information about 634 towns and cities in Florida was available. The value of residence in the city at the top of this rating over the above period grew by $2,285,082.
