Rental prices have begun to level off in South Florida

According to the latest data, the cost of renting in South Florida is beginning to level out. Experts note that the increase in population in Palm Beach County is "exceptional." The same can be said about Martin and St. Lucie counties.

At the same time, despite the stabilization of rental prices in South Florida, a decrease should not be expected. People are moving to the state so quickly that rental prices simply can't go down because of the huge demand.

In addition, there are often not enough new rental properties. The situation is expected to be resolved in the near future, since the pace of construction of new housing in the state is quite high.
