South Florida's real estate market lacks affordable housing

According to real estate experts, due to the influx of people who move to South Florida and Treasure Coast, no significant price changes are expected. At the same time, the market needs more affordable real estate.

The continuous flow of people moving to these regions stimulates the construction of new residential facilities. Experts call the population growth “exceptional". Rental prices have not yet stabilized and remain high. It is expected that the population will continue to increase, and therefore the demand for affordable housing is already off the scale. At the same time, most of the houses under construction are objects of a higher class.
